I liked the product they used, but the service sucked. They told us they could do all of installation in three days and they wound up being here for two weeks. I got to the point where I told them to get through and get out of here. They made changes to the things we ordered and attempted to fix the problem but I'm still not pleased with it. I asked for an itemized bill and they refused to provide me with one.
