Dr. Bosomworth listened to me and was very professional. His PA, David has been very responsive to help me manage medication needs correctly and adjusted as needed. They have some issues to resolve with office procedures being implemented for effective and efficient handling of scheduling, phone calls and billing because of their recent merger becoming Commonwealth Pain & Spine, but I think they are working to finalize them as quickly as they can. They have a strict scheduling policy, which I understand the necessity for running a medical practice that has burdensome regulations over which the doctors have little control. I noticed at my first appointment several people had scheduling problems because of a major interstate accident that delayed everyone’s arrival. Other than that one incident, I have not seen another problem like that. They have been responsive to me personally with scheduling affected by things beyond my control like weather and issues with driver assistance when I needed sedation for procedures. Overall, I am satisfied with the care I am receiving for quite serious arthritis pain management.

All I can say is finding Advanced Pain Medicine has been a life altering event. I don't know what I would have done had I not found Dr. Dubal.. The procedures and care I've received has been the best I've ever received. I came to Dr. Dubal with very low expectations. I had been to see several doctors, had many tests and had been prescribed a number of different pain medications and nothing worked. I always left with constant pain. It wasn't until Dr. Dubal took over my case that I began to feel significant relief from my pain. She is by far one of the most dedicated and caring doctors I've ever had the great fortune to meet. Additionally her staff of nurses and technicians and support team are just the best. They're friendly, sincere and caring. This really is a wonderful medical group and I highly recommend them to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain.
