ADVANCED FLOORING SERVICES

Work began on time and was completed on a timely basic, but the quality of work was extremely poor, did not dispose of sawdust and old flooring (It was left in the middle of my driveway. - It took several weeks for me to dispose of through garbage collection). My expectations, based on the representation of the owner, was that the work would be top quality.
There were over a hundred bubbles in the polyurethane finish, several areas where the polyurethane was not smoothed out causing runs in it and there were 5 areas where the floor was over sanded causing noticeable grooves in the floor. Also, the boards were cut inside the house causing the whole house to be covered in sawdust requiring hours to clean up in addition to a cleaning service coming in.
After months (August '13 to January '14) of attempts to have the contracted come back to correct the quality problems with no response from the contractor, I filed a complaint with the BBB. A few weeks later I received a call from the contractor and subsequently came back and corrected the problem areas. The 2 men who corrected the problems did a good job.

They refinished hardwood floors in a house for us. They did a beautiful job, were on time, professional, did a great job!

They were the most reasonable of all the bids I receiver. They were very careful to control the dust which was very good as my 90 year old Mother lived in the house. The were very professional and left the house spotless. Mr. Ready was there most of the time to check on the progress They designed a plan to get the whole job done without disrupting us using the house. They even helped with the management of the large rugs. It was a very good job.
