ADVANCE AUTO PARTS

The first time I went into Advance, I was caught off guard by the young staff behind the counter. But I learned my lesson quickly. :) One young man saw me walk in and immediately offered a friendly greeting. I had quite a list with me as I needed some random parts for one car and a couple of things for another car, but he took down the details of both vehicles and not only found what parts I needed, but went to retrieve them from all corners of the store. The easiest shopping I've ever done! The staff not only knows what they're talking about, but they care about the customers as well. (Another time I was there, I needed a car cover. A sales associate came up to me while I was staring at all the options and not only helped me find the best one for my car and my budget, but mentioned that there was a website-only sale going on. He helped me make the purchase from the website on my phone and select the "pick up in-store" option and I walked out of there with a great product and spending $50 less than I would have had he not mentioned the sale.)
