Hard to contact via phone.Their phone went straight to voice mail continously. Completed the job as promised. Courteous technician.

It took awhile to get started but once started it was complete in three days. It was expensive compared to Michigan where we had a sprinkler system installed. But we are satisfied with the installation here.

Excellent communication and proper contract which they stood by. Easy to see exactly what was going on. A few weather delays which I cannot hold against them. Always went the extra mile to make sure things have been right, including some fine tuning the year or two following the install. Thoroughly recommended. The pavers (a pool and patio area) look excellent and are a constant source of compliments. Great work.

Owner was initially polite, but later got very defensive when I questioned what was happening (arriving late, cheap mulch, missing plants), at times being even hateful in his tone. Work started 4-5 days later than agreed, hours after it was to start on that day. Trimming work went well. Clean up of my landscape for mulching was a disaster. I had valuable plants torn out and things removed- while leaving obvious weeds. I discontinued job a week into a job that was supposed to require two days. I have to finish the work myself. Very displeased!

Slow progress due to weather.

I was really happy with them. I did not want to wait at home for them to come and grind the stump, so I could explain the stumps over the phone, they gave me an approximate quote, removed the stumps during the day and send me a bill within the quote. I will definitely use them again.

Brian is very responsive to customer concerns. He treats your yard like he would his own.

They did the work on schedule with no surprises on cost. They cam back and serviced the system as promised. I would highly reccomend them to anypne who is considering them for landscaping or an irrigation system.

Brian and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and keep their promises, very important traits if you are looking for any form of landscape or hardscape work. I give them an unequivocable Five Star rating in all categories. We are repeat customers, and do not have any reservations about recommending them to friends, neighbors, or strangers.

Easy to work with, Professional job

Brian was very responsive to my emails, phone calls and text messages. The work was completed on time and at the cost we discussed. Based on this project and the work he did I hired them to do additional work. I would highly recommend them.

Project completed in time frame promised even with changes to original plan. Very pleased with results and will work with Acacia on new landscaping project in a few months.

Timely, clean, thorough, informative! They told us exactly what was going on during the entire installation as well as answered all my questions before, during and after!

Worked closely with contractor until sprinkler system was installed. However, after installation was complete, I feel the contractor thought he was done. I needed to be shown how to set up the irrigation controls, etc. Also, the restoration of my yard after installing the irrigation pipes was not satisfactory. I have ruts in the yard and lots of weeds. I would have like the contractor to follow up with "after-care"

Install a Retaining Wall Acacia did an excellent job. Brian and his team are great to work with. They use quality materials, work fast, and leave a clean job site, persistence in getting the job done quickly but accurately.
