They evaluated our broken air conditioner and got it running temporarily (and told us it would only be temporary) while they got us prices on a new system and on repairing the old one. When they called with the prices, they helped me understand the pros and cons of each option, and gave me very helpful information to consider.
We decided to get a new air conditioner. They showed up when they said they would, installed it professionally -- taking the time to do it right, but working steadily so it didn't take longer than needed. They were very neat and clean in their installation. The system works wonderfully and is much quieter than the old system.
Everyone I talked to at AAA, whether at on the phone or at our house, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.
I will use them again, and I will enthusiastically recommend them to others.

IF the same repairman shows up a few weeks later, and its the same problem, he didn't repair it in the first place and set himself up for a second repair.
If your unit breaks down 3 or more times a season, its time to pull the written Lemon Warranty.
If they do not act like professionals in your home, make them leave and call for someone else.
Stay on site while they repair and if you have a baby, bundle the child up and take them to a neighbor or friend that has heat/air.
