They evaluated our broken air conditioner and got it running temporarily (and told us it would only be temporary) while they got us prices on a new system and on repairing the old one. When they called with the prices, they helped me understand the pros and cons of each option, and gave me very helpful information to consider.

We decided to get a new air conditioner. They showed up when they said they would, installed it professionally -- taking the time to do it right, but working steadily so it didn't take longer than needed. They were very neat and clean in their installation. The system works wonderfully and is much quieter than the old system.

Everyone I talked to at AAA, whether at on the phone or at our house, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.

I will use them again, and I will enthusiastically recommend them to others.

thWatch them.I didn't. They installed in the hottest week of 2010 (the week of July 20) when we were in the 90's and low 100's everyday. I'm not a young woman and the heat was hurting me.
IF the same repairman shows up a few weeks later, and its the same problem, he didn't repair it in the first place and set himself up for a second repair.
If your unit breaks down 3 or more times a season, its time to pull the written Lemon Warranty.
If they do not act like professionals in your home, make them leave and call for someone else.
Stay on site while they repair and if you have a baby, bundle the child up and take them to a neighbor or friend that has heat/air.
Let my mistakes be your guide.

The two-year contract was a little cheaper than the annual one. They replaced my original HVAC system. I feel closeness to the company because one of the owners was my neighbor, but has moved out now. We were able to retain the sense of closeness with the current members of the company. I called them out once to get an estimate on an external power generator. They evaluated the electrical usage in my home and determined that it would be so expensive to install one that the actual usage wouldn't justify the install. They have been pretty responsive to my phone calls. I have also talked to them about some alternative in heating and cooling sources and other services that they provide. So they are pretty good about providing information when I need it and in responding to service calls. If it is an emergency, they come out quickly and they work with me pretty well on the maintenance check schedule. I am pretty pleased with the service.

They were on time, extremely professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I feel confident that if I have a problem they would respond.

They came right and fixed the problem right away. Within the same day with the parts. I enjoy their service.

Overall it went pretty well. I had just had the heat pump replaced in 2005, unfortunately from a disreputable company. The AC went out in April. I originally called the company who had installed it to come in and fix it. It was supposed to still be under warranty(it was supposed to have a 10 year warranty) That company came and replaced parts, and messed around with it for 3 days. We had little or no communication from that company and they did not accurately diagnose the problems. I spent an entire day waiting for them to show up, when they did not, I fired them. I contacted several companies to get estimates for repair, all told me that with the state of the unit it was not worth repair. I selected AAA after the owner took the time to call us several times to discuss the findings of his technician(who was excellent ). We discussed the situation with the owner many times, we went over options. He personally came out to review the duct work and the state of the existing unit. He gave us his estimate and he worked us into his schedule as quickly as he could. He talked to us extensively which was great since we had already had a very bad experience. Because this was such a big job, it did take 3 days for his employees to finish. I do have to commend their employee Chris, he was excellent to work with. The only hiccup was one day they were later getting to the house than we expected. Overall this is a great company to work with. I'm glad to have found them.

They will be coming to do the servicing and maintenance but they have gotten a little backed up because it has been extremely hot here and they have been doing service calls for units that have gone out. Their staff in the office is really nice. The secretary was actually a neighbor until just recently so I was on a first name basis with her. I've had pretty quick reasonable responses. They were more than willing to give me options when I had a failed system and needed to upgrade. They are a pretty good company to work with. They are the only company I've dealt with directly since I've built my home. I did get some prices when I did the HVAC system and I was generally satisfied with the pricing. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest but they have good quality. I have been very happy with the quality of their service. There was only one instance where they had to come back out the next day. They generally come in the timeframe they say they will.
