Jason and his team did a wonderful job replacing my fence with a new shadow box fence. They did a quality job and went above and beyond my expectations. They showed up on time, were very easy to communicate with and paid attention to detail. He put a fence in for my neighbor and I could see his work prior to hiring him. Their fence also looks great. I will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors .

The team from A&W was a dream to work with from start to finish. They came to offer a quote within a couple days of our initial call, and got the work done in a flash (which was very much appreciated, since our 2 doggies are not fans of being outside on a tether ;-) ). The finished product looks great and is well put together. A&W also installed our fence at our previous home, and I wouldn't use anyone else!

During the estimate several options were presented to solve problems with the previous fence and my needs/wants different sizes of fence and different types of woods. Every member of the A&W team was polite and efficient. I can't say enough about the work ethic of the men who came to my home. They often double checked with me to ensure the work was done as expected. Clean up at the end of the job was exceptional. The fence looks great!! I feel lucky to have found A&W fencing.

Jaci and David Williams are actively involved in their business, with Jaci doing the estimates and David supervising the jobs - both are knowledgable and professional. They have a very capable small crew of workmen, led by Rudy, who worked hard and kept job clutter to a minimum. I was very pleased with the quality of the finished product.

This company is great. Jackie, one of the owners, came to do my estimate; she was prompt and very professional. She handed me the total layout and price before she left. The fence was completed in two working days (with a day in between due to heavy thunderstorms.) The installers worked long hours to complete it because we have several rescue dogs and living without a fence was not easy. They did a beautiful job and installed two gates.

Built our new driveway gate -- cedar. Came out quickly for the estimate. Worked hard to fit us in during the busy holiday season. The gate is beautiful (exactly like the photo). The owner, Jacqui, was great to work with.

The overall look was fine, but attention was not applied to the details, and mistakes were made, both in the original installation and in their return to fix those mistakes. They're good people and I know others have been satisfied. Communication was not good and perhaps I am partly to blame for not being clearer or for assuming that what seems like common sense to me is how others will see it. They are toward the upper end of the price scale in the Lexington market, so I guess I expected exceptional work. I was disappointed. It makes me sad to say this because personally I really liked the owners.

From the estimate to the installation, they were very professional. The quote was given during our first meeting (others we interviewed took up to a couple of days just for the quote). They got the permit for us and called about the buried power and service lines. Communication was prompt. They showed up on time and were very respectful of our property and that of our neighbors. The posts were placed one day and the fence installed on the second day. We would absolutely hire them again.

dnt know hem for any job they were great did every thing I had asked them to and more buy the end of the day They arr early then they had said ,they had said between the week of 5/19 and 5/26 , I had told them that I wanted it asap they said no problem . They arr on 5/16 at 10;30 am had all the post in and cemented by the end of the day . they came back on 5/19 after giving the post 2 days to set . they completed the job by the end of the day . they had left the job site on fri 5/16 very beautifully ,if it wasnt for the post that were setting up you couldn't even tell they were there . Then on mon 5/19 they completed the job and had cleaned up every thing ! They had done every thing I had asked for and more ! I am very happy with them , the owners were very nice and helpful and the staff was great and respectful in every way ! I would recomend them for any job big or small I found them on agie's list called them , and they made an appointment to come and look at what I wanted done and to give me an estimate . The price was more then compadable with 5 others I had got quotes from and A and not only the best but they were very helpfull as well told me things that i didn't know and were helpfull in getting things done on time they even called the 811 number to have the utilitie companys come out and mark for where we could dig . Yes I would use them again

Project went well - They were patient with my design changes, and were always prompt. The craftsmanship on the fence is amazing. They took their time to do it right. They do not put in the pre-fab fence panels - they show up with lumber and men! A pleasure to do work with, and an amazing job!

They did a fantastic job. Very professional. I changed my mind several times about the style of fence I wanted. They were great! I'd highly recommend.

Went very well. I was not in a hurry to get the job done and told them that. They did that in a reasonable amount of time.

A and W Fence came out to do my fence and after they were done, my invisible fence was extremely exposed. They say they did not do it but my neighbors and my son who goes out every day to scoop poop, said it was out of the ground and this was right afer A and W Fence was done with my fence. I informed them about this and they finally came out to check it out and said that they did not do it but they were the only ones out there working on the fence. I have had this fence for over 3 years and my doges have never touched the fence. There were no dig spots where you would think you would see, showing if the dogs had dug it up since they dig it deeply. The fence was not working anymore either which caused my Great Pyrenees to jump the fence several times. I got so seriously upset that I had to chase them time and time again. When they finally came out and were saying that they did not dig or pull it up, that made me so mad!He came out on a Friday to look at it, then I said Monday would be fine. He then comes out Saturday to look at it again.... why I do not know but it was a Saturday and a day that my husband and I were relaxing together and enjoying our day when we were interrupted by him unexpectedly. Remember, he was there the day before and we had already discussed he could come out on Monday to fix it. Then he comes back out on Sunday again!!!! Seriously? Why? He brought one of his workers but why could this not have been do on Monday when we had agreed he could come back out? They finally came out on the rescheduled Monday to rebury the cable and mend the section that was compromised. Still saying they did not do it. I was so mad that after everything, they would still not admit that they might have done it. It happened after they did the fence work and did not have the decensy to admit they could have done it. Finally got it fixed and then I gave him a check. I accidentally gave him a check from the wrong checking account which I will happily admit. I sent a new check and he apparently did not get it because the next thing I know, I am getting a notice from the Fayette County Attorney. I was disk and in the hospital again so did not know he did now receive it and that there was a problem and all of a sudden I get this in the mail. This is the last time I will EVER use A and W Fence nor will I EVER recommend them! They do not have a website, they rarely use email so they did not know I was in the hospital again I guess and decided to take it straight to the Fayette County Attorney. I am a business owner myself and would never do that to someone. I would have done more to work with them but I believe he was upset about having to come back out to fix what they messed up (whether he wants to admit it or not) and decided to take it out on me by taking it to the attorney's office. Which is fine. I will take care of it but have learned my lesson about using companies without websites, those who do not check their emails, and are non-technological! That should have been my first sing since I work in that type of field.

.He was prompt and was here when he said he was going to be here. They did the job quickly and were honest.

They did an excellent job. He is coming back today to give me an estimate on another house.

They showed up on time and were very meticulous about their work. They weren't early risers by any stretch (10AM was typical), but they did stay late and worked hard. It took a few days longer than expected, but that was due mostly to the fact that one of the workers strained his back mid-way through the job. They were a man down for a few days.
