+ -1 moreAs most remodelings go, there are extra things that are added on. The quality was good enough, but whatever you do, DO NOT give them an open bill to charge you what they think is reasonable. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Otherwise, you may be paying $120/hour for them standing around or going to get supplies and disappearing for hours. I think not only was the price per hour inflated at the end, but I asked them to explain where they added up so many hours. The hours appeared to be inflated. I think when they found out I was a female and was financially well-off, they decided to take advantage of that.
Description of Work: They remodeled 2 houses for me. I had to let them go during the remodeling of the second house. At first the prices were very good. Then as time went on, they became more and more expensive. At the end when I received an astronomical bill, I asked where they were getting their charges. They were charging me $40/hour per person, so I was paying $120/hour. They would stand around and be very inefficient from a time standpoint. We would discuss ideas for extended periods of time. I think the hours were padded as well. They had earned my trust in the beginning, but toward the end really took advantage of it.

Description of Work: 3W has provided several services, small and large. The largest is the rebuilding of a second floor deck. Their services are always prompt, professional, well-done and friendly. Great company!

+ 3 moreHad a great experience with 3W construction. Mr. Wiseman (and his father and son, as well as outside contractors for drywall repair) were extremely professional and friendly throughout the remodeling process. They did an excellent job and stuck to the estimate almost exactly (which was lower than all others we received). Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We had them replace 4 windows, repair drywall, replace trim work, and paint our converted attic space as well as retile our bath tub surround and our bathroom floor.

Description of Work: They took some sheetrock down, put in some insulation, and put the sheetrock back up. They waterproofed the garage and put in a ceiling.
