My air conditioning works. They were competitive with the other prices I had. We're real pleased with them. They fix the problem and they're easy to get to.

They are great. We will go there again.

We have owned this 2000 Jeep since 2001 and, with 100K miles, it is still in "like new" condition. All of the routine maintenance I have done myself (except for tires -for which I have always relied on Ken Towery).  On the 2-3 odd occasions where I needed professional service (out of warranty), I have always taken this Jeep to 1st Stop Auto on Delzan Place and I have never been disappointed.  My recent visit was typical.
The jeep needed to have the fluids changed in the transmission and the transfer case.  The Jeep Service Manual (which I bought right after buying the Jeep) is very specific about how this should be done, that the filter and gasket be replaced and even specifies the type of fluid to be used in each. 

Due to a recent injury, I was not able to do this service myself so I called both of the local Dealers.  Not only were they difficult to get an appointment with, they were VERY Expensive for this simple service (almost double what others quoted me).  I called 1st Stop but they were booked solid for a week so I checked Angie's List.  I called four places who gave me a quote over the phone (plus another who would not give a quote until I brought the Jeep in for an inspection -not free).  Not one of them would guarantee me that they would use genuine Chrysler/Jeep filter, gasket and fluids. 
I called 1st Stop back said I would take whatever appointment time they had.  Ed Hacker and Keith Brown are always great to work with and they managed to work me in sooner than first expected (it's a small job compared to most of their work).  They offered to drive me home after dropping the Jeep off but my wife needed to do some "shopping" so I accompanied her.  Later that day, right on schedule, the job was completed to my satisfaction, the price was right, they used Genuine Chrysler products as requested -and they even fixed a little problem with the emergency brake (at no additional charge).

 car would not start. battery very weak and would barely turn over starter. Tried a jump start from my other car.   Starter  turned over faster but car would still not start.  called 1st start and they arrenged for a tow.  Tow truck arrived on time   the battery had one completly dead cell and the serp belt needed to be installed properly.  I also had them do a coolent flush

They keep their shop too clean, their mechanics don't get dirty and they over charge. When you go to a garage which is cleaner than your home then they are not doing any work there. They charged me for a problem that I had to take to another garage and fix two months later.  They could improve by being more honest. They are glad to take your money. The guys at the counter are actually nice and I don't know if it is their doing or not.

I had to have my primary O2 sensor replaced. It took me a while to find the place because the address on Angie's list was wrong when I was looking. I informed 1st stop of this and he said he'd try to update it. Make sure you get the address before you go. They have replaced it and the car is working great now. I don't have any real complaints. The service was great and they seemed to know what they were talking about. They did charge to run code to see what the check engine light was about.

Dropped the car off at night using their key drop box. They had the car fixed the next day and then called me, so I picked it up. They accepted a coupon from their website without any trouble, and the entire process was easy and painless. The price isn't the lowest but they've done good work and I have recommended them with great success to others. The only snag in the whole process was that the Pimlico location had closed down, and there was nothing to indicate this on their website or the internet. So that cost me a wasted trip, and I took it to the Delzan location. Everything else has been great.

I like the fact that they do not do unnecessary work on your vehicle. I am very happy with them. I bought tires through them one time and they were also very good. I did have something wrong another time, I can't remember what it was, but, they fixed it. It is not very easy to find them. There is a shopping center there and they kind of look like another little store front. I have just been pleased with them al the way around.
