Price listed was for the rental of the 2 pod units and delivery from Point A to Point B. Monthly storage fees were extra.
The coordination of a long-distance move, with no set end date or destination, can be complicated. The communication with Pack Rat and the coordination of their team in Columbus, OH arranging for the delivery of the 2 pods was wonderful. Due to some shifts in work schedules and moving dates, they were able to re-schedule the move a few times before they finally dropped off the pods. The drop off was on-time and smooth.
Four months later, the timing and schedule of the move-in also had to be re-scheduled (due to house not being ready) and they were right on top of it. Dropped off when they said they would... exactly where I asked the load to be dropped.
To be honest, with all of the re-arranging and up-in-the-air dates and destinations, I kept waiting for the whole deal to fall apart and get crazy and complicated. Never happened.... the 1-800-PackRat group were on the ball. Moved everything we owned from Point A to Point B, stored it for months, and so far have not found 1 item broken or damaged in transport.
