Ryan, the service technician, phoned the evening before to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time, introduced himself and immediately completed the job. Ryan was a pleasant and polite young man and made sure to tell me to phone if I had additional concerns or problems. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Bullet came recommended to me from my daughter and I have used them for the last 10 years. They are very dependable and they are very good at what they do. Their prices are competitive, I have never had any problems and I will continue to use Bullet Termite and Pest Control.

They spray the inside and the outside of the house. They would come out if I have any special requests. They have looked at molds for me which was in my yard. They are on time and they are pretty thorough. If I use another company I would pay $100 but with them I pay $30 but it is a balance of cost and money.

THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE TERMITE PROBLEM. THE ONLY INTERACTION I HAVE WITH THEM IS THEY KNOCK ON MY DOOR AND HAND ME A BILL AND SAY THANKS, BUT THEY ARE COURTEOUS.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE'VE USED THEM FOR THREE YEARS IN A ROW AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND HONEST. THEY'RE NOT SMART ALEC TO YOU AND THEY DON'T TRY TO MAKE YOU SOUND LIKE AN IDIOT.
