I wasn't given a quote before the work was performed. When the old water heater was removed, they left a rust trail throughout the house. I originally had a 50 gal water heater, but they put a 30 gal without telling me and added and charged me for a tank booster that isn'treally effective. Said it was because I had a mobile home and a 50 gal wouldn't fit. I can no longer completely fill my bathtub to the temperature I like because of this. They forgot to hook up the overflow tubing and leaked water all in my closet. Very disappointed after reading all of the positive reviews. I feel I was overcharged for their services too. Especially after they did damage to my house.
