I called another local plumber first and just received an answering machine and did not get a return call. I called Bobby Hyatt after waiting 30 minutes and someone answered the phone. She let me know the service men where out on another call and that someone would call me back shortly. I got a call within 20 minutes to let me know roughly when the repair guys would be here. I also got a call letting me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they promptly figured out the problem and replaced the thermostats. It took them about 20 minutes. The total cost was $120. It was an $85 service fee and $35 for the parts. I will use them again when needed.

We had a couple bumps in the rental house but it was an older farm house but Bobby got the problem worked out.
