Description of Work: Satellite internet service was installed. Always had slow service, very bad upload times and sometimes could not upload photographs at all. Lately NO access to email or online banking for more than one week and failed attempts to fix it in spite of hours spent on the phone with people from other continents. Said they would call in 2-3 days with a higher level tech. They called 2.5 days later after 5 p.m. and called again the following day after 5 p.m. when we were not available. Multiple trials of on the phone tech support previously were not successful. Computer works perfectly when in Apple office. Computer did not work even attached with hard wire to modem. Problem was with internet provider. In last one week i was disconnected from multiple sites within about 5 minutes with a loss of connection. Very bad response times on the phone to service calls. Now when I asked to cancel the service they insisted I owed them an early termination fee. They plan to try to collect this fee which is ridiculous since I do not have service and they cannot or will not fix it. Do not get HUGHESNET
