He did not complete the job, and we already paid him. We cannot reach him at all. We feel that he is out trying to take advantage of the elderly and handicapped such as ourselves. The trench was supposed to be 30 inches deep- he barely dug 15 inches. It is also nowhere near where we needed it. Please stay away!

They do excellent work and the prices are reasonable. The job went well. They do good work, are honest and they clean up any mess that is made.

Gerald Ramsey approached me for the job of connecting my commercial property onto sewer. I had to higher another company to come in to clean up the mess he made. He tore up way more blacktop then was necessary and took three times as long as he estimated. After he was finished, I treated him very fair by paying him several thousand dollars more then his original bid price. One month later I found out he didn't connect one of the lines. He had one of his employees come out to look at it and said he'd take care of it that weekend. He never showed up and wouldn't answer my phone calls after that even though he represented that I had a full warranty on his work. There's nothing honest about and quot;Honest Solutions Plumbingand quot; or Gerald Ramsey.

The company's response to my review is a total
lie. Where do we go from here? He didn't complete the job he was hired for and
was in the contract. When I originally called him, his employee and later he
came out to look at the problem. He assured me he would take care of it that
weekend. He didn't show up and now won't take any phone calls. Attached is our
contract agreement. It states that he would connect up the sewer for 3003 and
3005 Park Central. He missed a bathroom on 3005 Park Central which was his
fault as the professional. Now he's weiseling out of it. The only reason he
talked to the Plumbing Inspector was because I had the inspector call him. The
inspector told me there was nothing he could do for me. Mr Ramsey also
mentioned a one year parts and labor warranty which isn't worth the paper its
printed on.

Was later than expected, but made up for it by being awesome at his job and giving us more than was originally expected.

I just told you the story in the above paragraph. They ran into a few problems with my bathroom cabinets and I did lose one pullout drawer that I never used anyway. I am thrilled to save 30 steps up and 30 steps down every time I use my new all in one washer/dryer.
I have used honest solutions before because they do good work and are reasonable.

Everything went fine. Took less than an hour

Mr. Ramsey got the permit and the plumbing inspector put a green tag on it after it was finished. His employees were very nice. They had the electric and water company come out and put flags where their lines were located. They were also considerate about trees and sidewalks Everything went fine. They said they would come back later if any of the dirt sunk. Not happened yet
