It went perfectly! Efrain Gonzalez was our contact person whom I would say relentlessly follows up on every aspect. Our entire roof was replaced in a day and a half and is absolutely beautiful! The whole crew could not have been better. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

They got a late start so it took them longer than 1 day to replace the roof. They did a good job on the replacement and a thorough job of cleaning up the mess. Would use again.

They do good work but you have to watch them. I spent a lot of time watching them and they tried to do short cuts and I had to catch them and redirect them on what to do.

We are in the process of restoring our house and needed a little extra help.  Old homes can be very tricky and present many surprises when you decide to fix them up.  The person Dynamic Restoration decided to send over proved to be very trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable about painting and fixing walls and trim.  The job was very detailed and time consuming and we were very happy with the results.  Plus, recently, based on our recommendation, some of our friends have used Dynamic Restoration for their roofs and vinyl siding jobs.  They have also been very happy with the results.  We appreciated that when small issues arose, which they will with every job no matter who you hire, Luis, the owner, was very reasonable and fair when working the issues out.  We would highly recommend this company and already have to many.

The company met with my wife and I and explained the process from beginning to end.  They worked on our behalf and helped us through the claim process with our insurance carrier.  The claim process is confusing and we would not have a new roof if I had handled the claim myself.  So, I highly advise calling Dynamic Restoration if you have experienced a storm, especially a hail storm. The siding was damaged from hail and wind so it was obvious we needed to replace the siding.  I did not even think to look at the roof for hail damage.  We definitely had hail damage and were able to get a new roof and siding through our insurance.  And the best thing is we only had to pay our deductible which was only $1000.  The owner of the company was available as well and he even followed up on the job and with us to ensure our needs were being met.  We worked closely with Dynamic Restoration to select the best shingles and siding.  The knowledge within the company is vast and they educated me and walked me through the process which made the process a great experience.  The end results were excellent.  Materials and labor were of very high quality and the roof and siding look absolutely beautiful!  Customer service was excellent and response times for questions were almost immediate. Based on my recommendation, several of my friends and neighbors have used Dynamic Restoration and all have told me their expectations were exceeded.  Their feedback consisted of similar comments such as:  Professional!  Expert knowledge!  They actually care for their customers!   Workmanship was of the highest quality!

The overall experience was great. Luis and his team are very professional. His roofing crew finished the job in two half days and after they were done they left everything clean as it nobody had even been there. Luis is great he offers great customer service. He kept checking up on me and my family throughout the whole process!

I would not recommend them to anyone. They made a mess. We had hail damage and they were supposed to take care of that. Some of our neighbors have used them too. My husband went with them. We were supposed to get the black paper that they put on first and then the shingles. The first thing was that they thought that no one was here. But I was watching them and all the workmen around the house. I kept my eye on it. They tried to redo over the old paper that was on there as opposed to putting down the new paper that we paid for. If that happens, our warranty on our shingles is null and void. It was just a terrible job. We had to have them come back over and over. They did not take care of where they were working, like when they were touching the shingles, they were causing some of the stuff to come off and really messing with the look of it. They were just a mess. It took a long time to get that all straightened out. I believe that he had some possible illegals working. I was going to take some pictures just of the progress and some of the guys started freaking out. It made me think that they were probably illegals. They were plugging into our electricity to charge their phones, which also lead me to believe that possibly that he was keeping them in some substandard housing somewhere. It bothered me too that somebody was working under those conditions. It wasn’t pleasant. We found later after we had a good rain that they left a hole around one of our bathroom vents. I now have a molded spot on one of my walls. We don't want them coming back to do anything. We don’t want them to come back to fix anything because they were so bad to deal with. We are stuck having to deal with their problems.

Work started on time and went very well. Any problems were immediately corrected to my satisfaction. Luis Velasquez the owner is very hands on and keeps a close watch on the job.

My roof was damaged from the tornadoes and hail.  The roof was part of our insurance cover as well.  I liked the fact that they used the things that a lot of the insurance companies also use.  They also provided me with a lot of professional report of everything done.  Their staff was professional.
