Mr. Durr provided a quote and performed services in a timely manner. At my request, he installed three downspout diverters and, even though he was not familiar with the product, installed them correctly. Upon closer inspection, I found that Mr. Durr used quality materials and a very substantial anchoring system. I found Mr. Durr to be professional and easy to work with.
