It was a good experience. I like that the sales people are not pushy. They are very informative and willing to explain things and answer my questions. They were willing to show us a lot of the samples, and stain agents. I have been very pleased with the purchase.

I was pleased with what I got in the end, but there were some problems. The bedroom set was relatively inexpensive, relatively well made and looked very similar to the Pottery Barn Kids line of furniture (almost identical). The salespeople are quick to help you, but are very inflexible with changing preset packages by adding or substituting pieces. Any changes tended to substantially increase the price of the furniture. They also would not negotiate price at all (after a long & relentless attempt). The bill was wrong, and I had to point out myself what the total should be. They delivered a mismatched piece and had to make a second delivery with the correct piece. They did set up the furniture as directed without problems, and I have not had any problems since.
