Redix Painting & Drywall

This individual was referred to me and after I called him he came over the same day to give me an estimate. His estimate to do the work was $300 below the lowest estimate I had received. He replaced the drywall, reinstalled the baseboards and trim and painted everything that had been worked on. Part of our agreement was that I would supply the paint. I did not think the baseboard needed to be repainted but he did. He purchased baseboard paint and told me I did not need to reimbuse him. However, because of his very reasonable price I told him I wanted to honor our agreement that I supply the paint. This might be the first time I had to argue with a contractor about paying him more money. You do not need to worry about the ethics or the performance of this individual. The job was done to perfection and the place was spotless when he finished. If you want someone you can trust at a very reasonable price this is the guy for you.
