+ -1 moreI spoke to Mike Townsend on the phone and scheduled an appointment for him to come and quote a complete kitchen remodel job in our home. Mike did not keep the appointment and did not call to cancel or reschedule. I am so glad we found out that he is unprofessional and unreliable BEFORE hiring him!
