While the finished product looks great, there were numerous delays - we were told that workers would be there and then no one ever showed up. Janszen uses different subcontractors and apparently each of these subcontractors would have various issues or crises arise and there would be delays of 2 days up to a week before work progressed.
One outstanding issue is the front door that was put in. It does not latch, and in a recent heavy rain, water ran in underneath the door. I plan to have someone else come by to fix the door.

They did a good job, cleaned things up, removed and replaced my fence, reseeded my yard; did a good job.
