It went fine

Very well. The only problem that I had was trying to talk to someone on the phone. I called the number listed on their website and got into their automated call answering system. I ended up calling back several times and hit the number for each department hoping to talk to a live human being but no one ever answered. I ended up driving to their facility on my lunch break. Even though they prefer that you order a new system using their online ordering they put together a system that afternoon for me and it has worked great so far.

They are very good. They spent quite some time explaining it to me. They also provided information on future options to update my computer.

I would rate them just below excellent, very good because of slightly defective product out of the box.

I had a positive experience with this seller. I called for information and the products, the representative was very knowledgeable and I order what I thought would be the best computer for the use. It was last year, and I seem to remember the shipping was a bit slow but the product was great.

When everything goes right in a transaction, that's great. But when there's trouble, that's how you find out what kind of vendor/person/company you're dealing with. Great customer service; no difficulties fixing the problem. They took responsibility immediately and corrected the situation. How often does that happen? I'm impressed.
