+ -1 moreNever again will this man ever be on my property much less work on my ac unit. I had to get Kentucky HVAC license department involved to get this issue resolved.
Description of Work: The provider did a install on a new home for Hvac work. The unit lasted just under a year and went bad but not his fault. Under Kentucky law he is required to warranty for one year zero cost to the home owner. He tried to reschedule several times so that we would be outside that year date and would have to pay for labor and freeon for the new unit
