 + -1 moreIt went wonderfully. He came in, tore the old rotted deck out, and built a new deck. Materials were required up front and he even went to lowes with me to get the materials and began demolition and construction immediately. He worked until the job was done, and wasn't one to be seen sitting around taking a lot of breaks. I was on a very tight budget, and I believe he did an outstanding job on the small budget.
Description of Work: Replaced an elevated Deck on the back of my home going into my kitchen.
