+ -1 moreMr. Deshon, was always here when he said he would be unless another customer was w/o service. He would always call though to let us know and to reschedule. He had the most neatly maintained work site of anyone I had ever seen, with virtually no clean-up by us when he was done. He billed the job exactly on estimate even though it took longer for him to complete due to some surprises along the way. Most importantly, for the first time since our home was built, 6 1/2 years ago, our heat and A/C is functioning properly. My 17 year old said that this was the 1st time her room had ever been comfortable. The heat and air is completely leveled throughout the house now. Something that, prior to Mr. Deshon's work, had never happened.(Note: the original installer was given many opportunities to fix his work, but angrily refused each time. We are attempting to recoup payment for these repairs that were made and will be posting final results on another report.)
Description of Work: Mr. Deshon was hired, this year, to tackle the very difficult job of re-doing another contractor's botch job of our H/AC which took place during our new construction in 2000/01. Mr. Deshon reviewed the job, then estimated the time and the cost. He told us the time was approximate due to the intricacies of re-working someone else's job. The job entailed pulling out too small duct work, adding additional duct size onto the unit, repairing poor duct direction, installing return vents where previously left out and enlarging others where needed, also, thermostat had to be replaced and moved into the hallway rather than the den where direct sunlight was affecting its temperature. Prior to Mr. Deshon taking the job, our rooms could vary as much as 5-12 degrees in each room throughout the house.
