The installation was done in a prompt and professional manner. They worked with us on payment. Our system is perfect and works wonderfully. I could not be more happy with the entire process. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs this type of work done.

This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. His estimates offered multiple choices with the differences clearly explained. Comfort Zone replaced the first unit shortly after his initial visit. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. I love that the person who gave me the estimate is the same as the person who performed the work. You can tell Andrew is very proud of the work he does. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. I'd highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone, just as a friend I trust had recommended them to me.

Remember how service used to be? These people do! Not only did they do what I contracted with them to do, but the service guy who came explained why they replaced a part, its importance to the unit, and was very professional and personable. When I called 6 hours later to leave a message saying my unit was still cycling and hadn't shut off, the owner called me back that evening(tho I asked only that he call the next day), explained what was probably happening (still cooling down), why (he had called the service guy and found it was 86 degrees when he came), and when to expect it to change. He was right. And I'm a very happy customer. These people understand what "service" means - or used to mean!

NO call NO show on scheduled day and time.This company is very difficult to reach and does not follow up on customer voice mail left.

Everything was great. Arrived on time and completed the work, meeting all of our expectations for this project. The system looks great and works great.

This is a great company and I am glad they are around. Extremely professional, detail oriented, hard working and honest. I needed to replace my ancient HVAC system and I was fortunate to have had this company help me with that. I ended up with a couple of bids for the same brand and model and Comfort Zone gave me an honest price which was thousands less than a competitor (Again, same brand and model number). Equally important is that they know what they are doing and they do the job right unlike many of the less knowledgeable competitors. Honest, knowledgable, hard working, great to deal with! They have earned my business for sure.

This is a great company and team- Father and sons, He was here in a day to give me a bid and everything was just as he (Andrew) said it would be- He explained my choices and was very fair on pricing. Yes I would hire them again- I have them in my cell phone!

They did an awesome job and we would highly recommend. Quoted this past Friday and installed today. Professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is an awesome company to do business with. Spoke with Andrew and he was very responsive. He took time to not only explain what was wrong but showed me. I had a crack in my heat exchanger. This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. The next morning he was installing a new furnace. We went ahead and changed out our air conditioner too. Andrew told me there was a rebate by our electric/gas company and emailed me everything I needed for rebate. He left everything spotless and just as clean as when he arrived. I highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling.

Andrew and his team are efficient, professional and thorough. He had an emailed quote to me, my inspector and our realtor within hours of the inspection. The work done was extremely high quality, clean, and efficient. Andrew fixed the problem! Much appreciated and we will be using Comfort Zone and Andrew from this point going forward for all of our HVAC needs.

After we decided to move forward with a new central cooling/heating system we went to 3 different companies for bids on the work. Not only did they come under the 2 other bids by over $1000, they delivered on time and provided great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Andrew was very professional and offered my a variety of options to address both needs. At no point did I feel pressured to take the higher priced service or did I feel like he was trying to upsale me with unneeded services. Will always be my first call for heating and air conditioning needs!

I called Comfort Zone Heating & Air on Sunday, March 17th (yes, St.
Patrick's Day) while it was sleeting and snowing.  My heat had gone out
while I was at church.  I came home and my house was already down to 59
degrees and dropping rapidly. 
My telephone call was answered on
the second ring.  I asked for a price to come out right away and get my
heat fixed.   I have a new baby at home and couldn't wait.  He informed
me that it would be $125.00 to get him out there since it was a Sunday.
I
told him I would call him back.  I called around to a couple of other
heating businesses that i found in the phone book.  I called (or rather
TRIED to call) 4 other places.  Two wouldn't even answer their phones
even though their ads said they had 24 hour service.  (I still haven't
gotten a return phone call from either company even though I left
messages to please call me as soon as possible.)  The other two were
over $200.00 just to get them to come out and they said they wouldn't be
able to get to me until early evening.
I called the technician
back and told him I needed him to come out right away and he said he
would.  I live in Louisville and he was there in 45 minutes and it was
sleeting and snowing like crazy.
I am VERY thankful Andrew made
it out so quickly.  He found out that my thermostat was bad and replaced
it and all was back.  We heard the heat kick on right away and he was
finished.  He was there for 45 minutes and had the problem fixed.
I will be calling them to do a spring clean and check in a month or so.
