Overall, most frustrating experience dealing with this agent. Where to start? From feeling like I'm an inconvenience, to doing most of my own research to find a home to see, wasting my time while she tries to get organized, waiting until the last minute to get things done (ie-contract extensions), multitude of excuses why things were not done, unprofessionalism by talking badly about other agents selling homes we would see, undependable, frequent cancellations (so much that when she finally had a valid reason, I almost wanted to say "who cares" because I knew for two days prior that she would cancel again), excuses, excuses, excuses about everything from her phone, car and family issues, and the list goes on...  I pulled a contract on a home, partially, because I was done dealing with her... and I'm much happier now.
