Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The tear out was fine but they didn't clean out the vents. The designer would pick something for our bathroom and he would pick something else. I kept getting conflicting information. The tile wasn't leveled or cut correctly. When installing the tile, he didn't cement the tile floor so it would move when you would walk on it. He also didn't backbutter the tiles. They didn't put in a proper threshold. Improper waterproof technique was used. He would try to charge us for subcontractors that he was supposed to pay.
