handyman service
+ -1 moreI learned from dealing with this man never to pay until the job is complete. Contractors take money and disappear. I kick myself for being such a poor judge of character. I've been in business for 30 years and have never had this kind of experience. I made numerous phone calls and no communication whatsoever from him. HE NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB. THE COMPLETION DATE ABOVE IS WHEN I COMPLETED WORK MYSELF.
Description of Work: Contractor was hired to add a tool shed onto a house and replace a front storm door. He got part money up front to buy materials. Started on May 16, 2009, lagged on job. On July 20, 2009 with job partially completed called to get another $ 900.00 to finish job and buy storm door. Said he would finish job next day That's the last I ever heard from him. Cashed my check. Doesn't return calls. Had to have job finished including hanging siding, installing interior of shed, purchasing another storm door, locks, etc.
