Purchased coupon for 4 hours work 2 man crew worked only a couple of hours and left without speaking to me. workmen didn't ask if I felt job was completed or if I was satisfied. If they had I would have asked for a few more things to be done since there was plenty of time that I had paid for.

Dan and his team always do a great job. The grass is lush and weed free!

His rates are very reasonable) I talked with Dan on the phone wanting them to give an estimate on taking care of my lawn and weeding my landscaping. He came to the house while I was out of town gave me an estimate and I told him to go ahead. when I got home that week I saw Dan outside spraying and I asked him to do additional items, trimming or trees and bushes, mulching, planting, rocks etc.. I thought it would be several weeks before it was all completed, but the following week three trucks full of professional people showed up and got the yard looking incredible, and best of all they got my wife happy. LOL Dan and the rest of his guys will have all of my work.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal of 12 hours of lawn or landscape work for $395.  In advance of the work, the owner came out and he and I reviewed the work I wanted done.  He told me that what I wanted done would probably go over the 12 hours and that I could engage them at the regular rates if I wanted to get it all done.  When the 2 men came out to do the work, they finished much, much quicker than I was expecting.  They were very professional and VERY efficient and everything they did was great.  They didn't short cut anything and the results were fabulous!  My only frustration is that if I had been told that I only had 8-9 man-hours of work to be done, I would have had time to plan and use the rest of the time I paid for. 
When I contacted the owner and told him that my time was not fully utilized, I was told that the fine print indicated that this was a one time job.  After talking it out, he graciously agreed to give me a service call this fall to do one leaf pick up, and I appreciate his willingness to work with me on this resolution.  He was professional and courteous to deal with. 
That said, I am very happy with the work that was done and I would use them again.

So far the experience has been great. The owner called me promptly and listened to the scope of work. He came by the property the next day and inspected and called me back to confirm the price. They have done the yard twice and so far we are very pleased with the work performed.

They just do a great job overall. They come when they come. They come on a weekly basis.

I have been very pleased with the service, the mowing is done always on the schedule date and the owner is very costumer service oriented and professional.

They worked quickly and did a good job.  They were able to schedule the work for just a few days after I asked for the estimate.  I was told that I would receive a call the night before to confirm the date, but that didn't happen.  This is also the only work crew I've used that shows up and goes to work without telling anyone they are there, and leaves the same way.  You have to trust them with the time they charge you for, or you have to keep looking out the window to see when they leave.  They do seem to be trustworthy with the billing, though.

The employees often spent too little time on trimming and let edges of lawn grow up a little more with each mowing. I hired a friend to get the lawn and edging back in shape. Called the owner to complain and he promptly addressed the problem. Mowing and trimming much improved, but still have areas that are not being thoroughly trimmed sometimes. Service is fair, but when problems arise, and a call is necessary, the owner is professional and quick to see that they are remedied.

We have an acre lot and we just started using them.
