Description of Work: The sales people were great and had all the information but the installers were a joke they were rude and walked all over my new carpet with there dirty boots, and when i ask them to put booties on they laughed and said they didnt do that, also the floor needs to vaccumed after it was layed another thing they didnt do. LOWES has so much better customer service.
