Patrick's lawn service was hired to install lawn sod for my elderly parents.  The price quoted was average for the area and the work was performed in the time frame promised.  However, the sod was put down with gaps between the sod, which allowed the old grass & weeds to grow between the new sod.  I spoke with Patrick the next day (as soon as I could see how bad the job was) and he said it would be okay - the sod would eventually crowd out the old weeds and undesireable grass.  Some of the sod died immediately.  My 83 year old father spoke with Patrick and he promised to come look at  the gaps and the dead sod.  When he did not show up as promised, I called Patrick.  He again promised to go by and look at the problem areas.  He did not show up.  I sent him a text message.  No response and no Patrick EVER. 

I might add, my father is legally blind, so could not see the sod was not put down as it should have been.  The job was finished right as it got dark, so he could not have seen the problems anyway.  He paid the team leader the agreed upon price by check that evening.  It was not until the next day when I inspected the lawn that the problems became apparent.

The experience my family had with Patrick is - promise something, do a poor job, take the money and run!
I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone for any of their services.
