 + 0 more*NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK Under warranty. *DID NOT HONOR WARRANTY. *FALSEHOOD THAT NEW ENGINE ASSEMBLY WAS NEEDED. Makes me lose faith in any "auto REPAIR SHOPS" Don't trust them. Don't bother!!
Description of Work: Warranty work was not honored. The a NEW FAN was put in within the covered time of the warranty and they wouldn't replace it. Then the falsehood that we needed a "New Engine Assembly Replaced" was needed. There's nothing wrong with the Engine!! THE COOLING -FAN MOTOR STOPPED WORKING --THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT!!

 + -1 moreAccurately diagnosed as a clogged idle air control motor and dirty/clogged intake. Also requested a leaking CV joint be fixed. They inspected and found cracked belts & dirty power steering fluid. Agreed to replace belts and do steering fluid flush & fill. Was probably original to 2001 Odyssey. Wife dropped it off on way to work. They gave here a ride to work. Diagnosed it & contacted us with estimate. Figured it would take them couple days but they were able to finish that day and pick my wife up from work to get van that evening. I think labor was pricey but with providing a ride to and from work and finishing same day, I can't really complain.
Description of Work: Diagnosed revving engine problem & inspection.
