What I found he did very well and actually he did it probably by line of sight was installing the pipes and things. I had to re-do that because the way this air conditioner quit, he had to take the gas out and he had to re-install the lines from the house to the heat pump. He did a very good job, I was amazed. He would take kind of a measurement and would eye ball it and he was able to put the things in a very efficient way. All his service was fine and I didn’t have any complaints, but that kind of stood out above everything else, the way he was able to install the piping very accurately, it was better than what it was and the ones he took out. It was neater and just well done. I negotiated a good price because I was going to buy it off the internet.  I paid about 2600$ and that included reinstalling heat pump plus reconnecting the copper pipes and plastic pipes, he put those in and the air handler, it wasn’t a major brand, it was Goodman. I would use them again in future.
