Prestigious Hardwood Flooring

Upon completion of the job, we noticed there were some issues, which we were told by the owner would be fixed in a timely manner. This never happened, and we are still trying to get this issue fixed. The second issue is that we were renovating a room, and we were told that upon completion of the renovation that they would be out to put the new trim and baseboards in the room. This also has not happened. We have been trying for a week or so to schedule a time for this to happen, and the owner will not return our calls, emails, or text messages. We have already paid for the services, and are left completely in the dark as we cannot reach the company. This company is extremely unprofessional, does not return calls or emails in a timely manner or at all, and performs subpar work.
