 + -1 moreGET CHANGES TO PLANS/SPECS IN WRITING. VERBAL AGREEMENTS CAN LEAD TO MISUNDERSTANDINGS SOMETIMES.
Description of Work: BUILT RANCH HOUSE WITH FINISHED BASEMENT. WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US ON THINGS LIKE PAINTING THE KIDS BEDROOMS AND THE HOME OFFICE. STAINED WOOD TRIM, LOOKS VERY NICE.
