 + -1 moreI called Exterior Innovations, LLC to request a quote to fix siding on our house. The guy did not call me back, so I waited about a week and called again. He apologized for not calling me back - he got my message. He then said it would be a bit before he got to me, as he was busy. I said that was okay. He gave me a date (tonight). At about ten 'til 7 I sent him a text and a call/vm. Nothing. Sent another text about 20 minutes later. Nothing. Finally called me back at 8:18 saying he working on his truck and wanted to see if I wanted him to come over tomorrow... Ummm, no - I wanted you to show up when you said you would... GRRR - why do people not have pride in their work anymore? This guy had great reviews... not so much.
