I've been using Whitford Contracting for years. Dennis has always been very helpful and professional and restored my faith in contractors. I've used him for box gutter repairs and replacements, roof repairs, gutter cleaning, a new chimney cap, and most recently a new roof. Quick to get the job done and extremely thorough with cleaning up after. I highly recommend using this business for any of your roofing needs.

Dennis is very professional, very courteous, prompt and thorough. I appreciated the fact that he fully explained the repairs he was making and I believe the cost was quite reasonable. Will definitely call him again if I need repairs in the future.

From the first communication with Dennis, he was very prompt, attentive and responsive to all my questions. We were replacing a 13 year old stock deck on our house with composite decking, and adding on a string of stairs to our backyard as part of an inground pool installation. Dennis was very flexible in getting us worked into his schedule, and was prompt in returning to finish once the pool company had cleared for his return. The work area was always left clean, his employees were very professional, and Dennis' attention to our specific needs was outstanding. Although the price for the composite decking was more than what we had originally anticipated, we are very happy with our selections, and the final product certainly was completed to our satisfaction.

.Excellent! We had a great experience with Dennis and his team. They showed up on time and Dennis was always reachable before during and after the work. He also was there onsite during the job. The work itself he did was fantastic...very satisfied with both the quality of the job, the quality of the gutters he put on our house and downspouts, and the price. Dennis was extremely fair and even had his guys come back to our house last week when I noticed a minor issue where the downspout he installed was popping out of the drain tile it went into. They came out (no questions asked) and added and extension to solve the problem. Not its perfect and I've watch the system funnel all our roofs water during decent rains without any issue.
I will definetely call upon him again. And on another note, this was the second job we gave him... a month prior we had him replace our carport roof with a rubber roof system at our rental property. Same experience here... on time, great quality, awesome price...and very satisfied. Dennis took all the stress away and as particular and meticulous as I know I can be, he was probably the first contractor I've met/ run into where he listens to all your concerns and spends time trying to meet your needs, and will follow through with your requests.
Don't let the lack of reviews scare you away from giving Dennis a chance. You will be happy with his work.

I chose Dennis Whitford for my roofing because they were the only company that my insurance would work with. Mr Whitford is great, I am very satisfied with him, but I think he hires sub-contractors who are average at best. We did get what we paid for. The work was finished on time. I will weigh out my options before I would hire them again.
