A CUT ABOVE TREE SERVICE

Getting ahold of Tom is not always easy. He did return my call within a week. His return calls usually come on Sunday nights. He confirmed the night before service and came prepared. He is always courteous and professional - I've used him for years. I think he is expensive but he is a certified arborist and works hard to save my trees if possible. His employees are also hard workers. they all use safety equipment and clean up well before they leave.

They were very friendly when they were there working for me. They were very professional about the job. They had showed up on time to do the work for me.

Tom gave us two prices: one for the tree work and one for stump removal. Our backyard has limited access, and they needed to use a crane to remove trees over our house. It was a difficult job. I could not be present, so my closest friend observed for me. There were many miscues and unreturned voice mail messages. It got a little frustrating as the job dragged on for six months. They never did return to remove the stumps or to prune the front yard maple tree, but they didn't ask for any money for work they didn't do. We only had to pay for work they actually finished.

He came and gave me the estimate at the end of September and told me there was a waiting list, said he'd be there in December and showed up when he said he would. The price was high but well worth it for the cause of saving my trees. I'd use him again and recommend him to others! He was very careful not to damage my property or furniture outside and followed up after a few days.
