Mark is AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. He replaced the spring on my door in 2018. He respomded quickly and did a great job at a very fair price. Called him in 2025 when a ladder got stuck under my garage door and was half off the track. He asked me questions to properly assess the situation and walked me through how to fix it myself. When I called him back to tell him his advice worked and to thank him, he said he was just glad no one got hurt and the door is fixed. Great guy! We need more like him. Please give him your business!!!!

He was local, and he got here promptly and did a nice job. He was even able to fix the bend in the garage door so it wouldn't bow anymore.

Mark was great!  We called him the day before and he said he wasn't able to come until late afternoon the next day.  Well he called early the next day and was able to come at a much earlier time.  He knew what he was doing, was thorough, efficient, and was in/out in I'd say less than 30 minutes.  Garage door works like new!

We had a horrible metal on metal sound that we couldn't pinpoint and we couldn't stop with WD-40 sprayed everywhere. A+Door was able to come soon after I called. They called en-route to let me know they were on their way. He spotted the problem almost immediately, fixed it, greased all the components, and even tried to buffer the main box to eliminate vibrations. He was in and out in under 30 minutes. He was very professional, and good at what he does. And he didn't charge an arm and a leg! Will definitely use him again if needed and can highly recommend.

Estimate was provided, I have compared 3 providers and decided to go with Mark.
After down payment the door has been installed. It took for them 2 weeks to get the door sine we ordered a custom color.
All works good and looks very nice.
I gave B for Professionalism because one of the installers was very loud and noisy talking too much :)

The work was done on our rental home. I called him, he went out the very next day without me having to be there. He then called and told me what needed to be done, I said ok, and he took care of it. I called him with a credit card and it was DONE! He's GREAT!!! Honest, reliable, fast, price was great - I'd recommend him to anyone!

This is the 2nd time I have used this company and cannot say enough good things about their attention to detail and outstanding service. Showed up early, showed me concerns he had with door setup (another company installed door) and fixed their shoddy workmanship. Installed in very timely manner and took time to demonstrate the functionality of the new equipment. Great price, great service.

Mark arrived on time, and called ahead to tell me he was on his way. He repaired a bracket for the automatic opener that had pulled out of the door, and replaced the door lock mechanism. He also lubricated all the moving parts. Quick, friendly, and on time, and at a fair price. Can't ask for anything more!

He took the time to oil all the different areas, and told me every 6 months where to put WD 40 to save me a service.

Showed up when he said he would. Very reasonable prices. Went out of his way on a cold snowy day to make sure I was completely happy. Outstanding service. Carl (our beagle) liked him and he's afraid of everybody.

It went really well. They said the springs appear to be okay, but it was definitely in dire need of lubrication. They lubricated the door with WD-40 and showed me how to do it. They told me I should do it every six months. They said the door would last a long time if I took care it and I appreciate that they showed me how to do that. I had a coupon so they only charged me $65 (much less than another company was going to charge).

Garage door buckled and came off its track on a holiday weekend. After calling other garage door companies and only getting automated responses, I decided to give A+ garage a call. Mark answered the phone personally and listened to me politely as I described my problem. He agreed to take me on as a customer the next day and showed up promptly at the time he promised. After looking over the door he quoted me a price and told me what he would do to fix the problem. 30 minutes later the repair was done and the door was working properly again. I would not hesitate to give A+ Door Service my business again give them my highest recommendation you will not be disappointed.

I love this guy, but have never met him. Spoke to him on the phone several times. My garage door was not working right and would not stay down. Both my wife and I work, so we were not able to have anyone at home when he came to fix the door. He came in the AM the day after I had called and fixed the door, even though no one was home. Everything worked great when we got home. He called me later that evening to take my CC information. Would definitely use him again for any garage door issues.

He understood the problem and made me a priority to come that day. He knew very well what he was doing! He made me feel very comfortable and I liked him. That was a year ago, and I have called him recently because I am having trouble with the door again. He was great at giving me suggestions over the phone. He answers when I call.

The response was immediate and we were able to schedule a service call within a couple of days. Our contact not only fixed the garage door coils, but also oiled and checked out our other garage door. He was fair and did an excellent job.
