We have been with Farm bureau for over 20 years. We moved to Murray from Stewart Co TN three years ago and the first thing we did is find the Farm Bureau office in Murray. Wouldn't go with anyone else.

My husband took me to the emergency room one morning with a fever of 104 degrees, and sever nausea and vomiting. After waiting in the emergency room waiting room for 2 and 3/4 hrs. before being giving a room in the hospital, my husband was in nearly as bad of shape as I was. After They finally got me settled in and got my fever down, my husband had to go home to take care of our little dog. He was so nervous that when he got in our truck ( we had gone in it because there was a very deep snowfall ) he somehow maaged to hit the car next to him with the mirror of our truck. He called our insurance company, they sent an adjuster, the adjuster told him to go to our Ford dealer and get the truck fixed and he would have all the paperwork taken care of. He took care of finding out who owned the other car and took care of everything. We didn't have to lift a figer.
We have had other claims with Farm Bureau and they allways take care of us. I get things in the mail all the time wanting to give me insurance quotes. My husband and I both say the same thing. We don't want to take a chance on not being covered like we are now just to save a few dollars. Farm Bureau has paid every claim we have ever turned in, no questions asked. The even paid to have my car repainted on the front quarter panel when my husband shot a snake and some of the buckshot bounced off the brick of our house and hit my car. You can't beat that for service.
