REPAIRS PLUS

Called this guy on 5-4-12 said he would be out on monday. Called today monday morning, said it would be this afternoon but that he would call when he was on his way. Stayed home all day, called around 1:00 no answer,  wife came home just now and there was a note on our gate telling me he had been here. Called him and he argued with me that he never said he would call first.We have gates if he had not said that i would have told him to call so i could have the gates open. Very un professional a real jerk by all accounts. I would never hire him again. Called Frigidaire and complained they said they would send out there national service people.

On one occasion I had a refrigerator which did not cool. David came out and discovered that there was a problem with the electrical service coming into the house. He did not charge anything and the electric company fixed the problem for free.
On other occasions he has repaired refrigerators. It has sometimes taken two trips, because he would have to order parts. He works quickly, shows up on time and does quality work.
Repairs Plus is not cheap, but the charges are not unreasonable.

I had a problem with a refrigerator not cooling. He came to the house and discovered the problem was not the frig, but was a house electical problem. On the way out he noticed that one of the electrical service lines to the house was broken. He did not charge me anything, and the local electric utiltity fixed the service line for free.
