The service was good.

The initial visit they were prompt and courteous. However, they did not kill all of the bees. We called to ask them to come back and they said they would. They did not show up following this to finish the job they were hired to do. Four additional time they were called, four additional times they said they would come out the next day, and everyone of those times they did not show up. I called a fifth time and they said the tech would call to set up a time, and we never received a call following this. This is undoubtedly the most unacceptable transaction I have ever made with a company and under no circumstance would I ever do business with them again or recommend their services. Absolutely unacceptable.

Have been using McGee in Murray, KY for about 6 months for regular pest control. The main issue we are fighting is ants and occasional other things. They are difficult to get rid of, but they are under control between monthly visits. If they flare up, we call and our contact has always come same day.

They're clean, quick, friendly and on time.

They are excellent. When they say they're coming, they'll be there. There reasonable, and I highly recommend them. Anything I need from them, they are right there on the spot. Their prices are comparable, but their service is better.

They are about the middle of the road as far as expense goes. They do a good job. It is a small company and they will work with you.

I use them for my home and business. I would recommend them.
