Roofing
Recieved estimate and ordered all required materials for roof installation on 5 May. Was informed that production would be 2-3 days. Was told that materials would be delivered on 10 or 11 May (due to the weekend). I called the company around 4pm on the 11th and was informed that due to "delivery driver problems" the material would not be delivered until the 12th. This put me in a serious bind as my brother in law was scheduled to return to his home in Florida that day. After speaking with the salesman he refunded my delivery charge. The materials were top notch but having the material delivered late really put us in a bad situation where my brother in law had to extend his stay.
