+ -1 moreContacted Comfort Air and requested service. Danny responded very quickly. we set up a day/time to come out. While he was working on my system he shorted out my programmable thermostat. He explained what happened and said he had one at the office so he could replace it immediately. He did but it wasn't a programmable thermostat, just digital. I requested another programmable and he said he would replace it. I called Danny 3 times to get the thermostat replaced but he never returned my calls. the original work was done in a timely manner and price wasn't too high but he blew it when he ignored my requests for a programmable thermostat.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my air conditioner.
