+ -1 moreThis is the second time I've been to Clearview and both times was a great experience. The personnel is very friendly and polite. They got my car back quickly and completed the service in a timely manner. They answered my questions and were very knowledable. They do a full inspection with service and they found my car needed the washer fluid filled, which they did for no extra charge and then they even put the rest of the jug in my car so I can keep it filled myself as needed. Additionaly, they printed out a manufacturer's scheduled maintenance schedule for me (good to have since my car is new). It was also nice that they offered complimentary coffee and free wi-fi in their lobby. I enjoyed the environment the staff created--no pushy sales or crooked tactics. I appreciated them NOT talking down to me like I was a women and therfore I didn't know anything about a car. I feel I can trust the guys to take care of my car and treat me right. They will be my go-to car guys from now on!
