This company did my new home construction. Hot and cold water was reversed in all the bathtubs and showers... Something we did not notice it until it came time to sell the home. When called their response was "Honey, your home warranty as long expired." Their legal requirement to pay for it may have expired but their original incompetence never expires. I'll be damned if I'm to pay them to come out and fix something they should have done right in the first place.

I guess I already answered this in the above comments. Unless they have greatly improved, I would not have them out under any circumstances.
