That is what it was. They got rid of spider and also serviced the unit at the same time as an annual check I think. I trust this business. I truly believe they are honest and reasonable and have always used them since I have been a homeowner which has been over 20 years. Thank goodness I have not had to call on them too often because of the quality work performance.

T&G was very professional, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. We never had any issues with having them in our home performing work. The price they charged was the same price they quoted, so there were no unexpected surprises.

Went great.  Fixed the problem, and explained it.  Jay and crew have offered reasonable pricing, and response time.  We'll continue to use them when we can.

had the old one out and the new one a/c done in a 1 day but had to return next day to finsh up a few thingsjust because of removeing the return air duct or they would have been done in 1 day , they did a great Job the worker was nice and smart they are fair people and honest. yes i would have them do more work

They are wonderful.  They are very good people. I would recommend them.  Most of the time when they come, most of the time when you call them unless they are super, super tied up they get here within a reasonable amount of time.  I had something going on one winter and the owner of the company he came out on a weekend and he came out and he did not even charge me for a weekend thing, he just charged me the regular service charge, which he could of charged.  But I have been a customer with him for a long time.  They have just always done a good job and do good quality of work.

The crew arrived each day on time. They worked so hard to keep my air on during the course of this project. Doing this made their work harder and last much longer but they were great. All of the crew was mindful of my home. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful and kept me informed each day of what the next steps were. They took the time to explain how the unit should work and showed me everything I needed to know to keep the system running. On the final day Jay came out and we printed out my tax credit sheet right from the internet. We have been doing a lot of work to this house in the last year and by far this was the best experience we have ever had with any business in the Henderson Ky or Evansville, In area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND T & G Heating and Air Conditioning. I am not an employee or a contractor associated with this company in any third party agreement either. KUDOS TO JAY AND ALL OF HIS CREW!!!!!
