The old system had not been keeping up for several years and we wanted to have it replaced before summer, but hot weather came early. They were able to replace the downstairs unit on Monday, and have the A/C up and running by the time we came home from work! Tuesday, they replace the upstairs unit and the furnace was in an attic and I presume was more difficult. They were finishing by the time I came home at 5pm. I could barely tell they had been here. Cleaned up nicely.
On Wednesday, they performed the air-duct cleaning and I believe has already helped with allergies and dust.
They offered instruction on the programmable thermostats and reviewed the units with my husband and me. They also reminded us that they offer 100% satisfaction on the unit and service and gave examples of their guarantee.
I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors, and would hire them again.
