Response was very slow. Did not show up on time. Charged 350.00 for 30 minutes of work.I showed him the water spots. I new one was from the bathroom vent. The other one's had to be shingles. I bleached the stains out. First rain spot in bathroom leaked again. Called him again, he said that he would call me right back. Did not I called him, he said they'll be there in the morning. The man that came saw the problem was the vent was cracked. He caulked it so far no leaks. We thought he would have been good, he lives in the same mobile home park we lived in. Wrong not very professional will call someone else next time.
